About

~/about

I'm Aayush Ate — based in Bengaluru, India. I use macOS as my primary operating system, with Linux in secondary environments. My daily editing workflow alternates between Neovim (LazyVim) and Zed, and I maintain a comprehensive knowledge base in Obsidian — which serves as the primary source for the content published on this site.

My approach to technology is rooted in systems-level understanding rather than surface-level tool usage. I am motivated by a desire to comprehend the underlying principles that govern the tools and frameworks I employ. I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at BMSCE, Bengaluru — a foundational step in a longer trajectory of continuous learning and professional development.

I am developing toward a full-stack developer profile — continuing to explore the frontend, backend, and the infrastructure that connects them. The majority of my daily learning is documented before it is implemented, which is why the blog represents the most current reflection of my work rather than the projects page.
